COOKING SATURDAYS - HIGH PROTEIN

Eating after exercise? Definitely! Our body needs a balanced and protein-rich meal, especially after a demanding workout, regardless of whether you want to lose weight, build muscle or simply be healthy. To build muscle, our body needs more calories after training than it has used up. However, these should definitely not be consumed through pizza, white flour pasta, etc., but rather as part of a rich and healthy meal that contains at least one plant or animal protein source.

Our recipe is ideal for those of you who want to build muscle through your training, as it provides the body with the right nutrients after exercise through high-quality proteins, fresh vegetables and healthy, filling carbohydrates.
