Bone&Teeth Supreme

The nutrient combination Bone & Teeth Supreme is a composition for daily supplementation. It is manufactured in Germany and all ingredients have been selected with the utmost care.

Active vitamins

The vitamins B6 and B12 as well as Folic acid (5-MTHF ) are present in their bioactive form.

Combination of D3 and K2

The combination of vitamin D3 and K2 is already included. The vitamin K2 is present in the all-trans form Mk-7 (menaquinone-7). One capsule contains 1000 IU Vitamin D3 and 40µg vitamin K2.

Trace elements

Our Bone&Teeth Supreme contains the trace elements Boron, manganese and molybdenum as well as zinc. The exact list and quantities of the ingredients can be viewed under "Ingredients".

Tongue scraper

An important component of this routine is the tongue scraper, based on Ayurvedic principles.

A copper tongue scraper is especially recommended, as it is not only hygienic but also highly effective.


The Supz tongue scraper is made of 100% copper, naturally antimicrobial, and has been shown to prevent oral diseases.


NOTE ON CLEANING the tongue scraper:

Copper is a natural metal that oxidizes due to environmental influences, forming a greenish patina. This is harmless to health and is purely an aesthetic issue. Our cleaning recommendation is to rub the tongue scraper with a lemon or vinegar and rinse it with warm water. This can help prevent the formation of patina.

To ensure the tongue scraper works at its best, it should be replaced every now and then – keeping your smile fresh and radiant.
