Dr. Dome's motto is "Emotion comes from Motion". This underlines how important sport is for his health. For this reason, he recommends doing a challenging workout several times a week. This package was specially developed by him to support the body after the workouts.

On the one hand, it contains Plantz Protein Plus, which is more than just a protein shake. Dr. Dome calls it a functional shake (protein-gut flora complex). The basis is rice protein from brown rice. It maintains the complete amino acid profile and six selected probiotic cultures at a concentration of 2 billion bacteria per serving. It's vegan and sugar free!

This package also includes the D3/K2 Supreme and our Mag Supreme.

The D3 + K2 Supreme contains 4000 international units of vitamin D3 and 40 µg of vitamin K2 per 4 drops. We use MCT oil as the oil. The vitamin K2 it contains is particularly stable and pure. It's also vegan and comes in the active all-trans form Mk-7 (menaquinone-7).

The Mag Supreme is vegan and contains magnesium in the organic form, magnesium citrate. It is highly dosed and contains 237mg magnesium per three capsules.
